13 weeks! The second trimester! Holy crap! WE. ARE. DOING. THIS!
We’re still not quite ready to tell the rest of the world yet, but I HAVE to come clean at work next week. I honestly can’t believe no one has noticed yet! (I’ve been wearing lots of scarves.) Deep breaths … I’ll be chatting with them on Monday. I fully expect tears of joy all around and lots of hugs.
I have to say that first trimester was an absolute breeze and I can only hope that I can say the same at the end of the second trimester. I avoided morning sickness all together and I have been full of energy. At first I thought it was because of the steroids I was on, but I’ve been off them for over a week now and I still feel full of energy. I had some bouts with constant hunger, but I wouldn’t call that an issue really. My hunger is better now. I do eat every few hours but I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night to eat. My belly is really popping and I’m loving every single zitty, lady bit leakage minute of it.

It does seem like time is flying by for your pregnancy! I am happy for you that you have graduated to the next trimester! I am interested in hearing how your coworkers react and how you feel after you’ve shared your news.

I can’t believe it! Time is absolutely FLYING.! And you, of course, look beautiful. Some of us just looked squishy and bloaty at that point. But not you 🙂 Must be the double blessing! Happy 2nd trimester, love!
